ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lb. can Dennisens Chili Con Carne
1 pkg. tortillas (flour or corn, your preference)

Prepare beef in skillet with onion. Heat chili in pan. In each tortilla, add some beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese and chili and then roll. Put 6 tortillas in casserole deep dish. Put leftover chili and cheese over the top of the tortillas. Put in oven at 300 degrees until cheese melts.
