SPINACH LASAGNE | |
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. cold water 4 egg whites or 1/2 carton egg beaters 15 oz. carton nonfat cottage cheese 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 c. Parmesan 1/2 lb. lowfat Mozzarella 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, uncooked Mix sauce mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water. Heat in pan. Stir until blended. Remove from heat. Mix together beaten egg whites, cottage cheese, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Cover bottom of pan with a small amount of sauce. Add layer of noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/2 sauce mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella. Repeat. Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. (Transportation) |
