3 eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 stick butter
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
3 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 Pkg of Chocolate Chips

Cream together sugar and butter then add the other ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar across the top. Top with butter patties.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
