STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
8 oz. fresh whole mushrooms
2 slices bacon, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. plain bread crumbs

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place caps, gill side up, in a shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam or lightly oiled. In a small skillet brown bacon. Drain fat. Mix with remaining ingredients and spoon into mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until mushrooms are done.
