JANESSA'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
8 oz. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli and onions until tender. Drain and pour into casserole dish. Add cheese, cream of mushroom soup and egg. Mix together until blended evenly. Cook for 1 hour at 350°F until the top is golden brown. Crush up Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top.
