COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced cooked ham
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. bread crumbs (in 5 tbsp. melted butter)
Parsley, for garnish

Layer first three ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish, beginning and ending with ham. Combine soup and cream; add cheese, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Heat until cheese is melted. Pour over layered ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with egg slices and parsley.
