3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sq. chocolate, melted in 1/2 c. boiling water
2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. red cake coloring

Beat first three ingredients; add melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Then add vanilla and food coloring. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven.
