SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. cake flour
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (melt in coffee)
3/4 c. hot coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream

Mix together butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, melted chocolate in coffee, vanilla and salt. Mix together soda and sour cream and add. Cream together all ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in 9"x13" pan.

ICING:

3 blocks chocolate
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can cream

Put on heat until boils. Reduce heat until forms ball.
