SNOW - PEAK FROSTING 
1 1/4 c. white corn syrup
2 egg whites
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, heat corn syrup until boiling. With electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks when beater is raised. Add salt. Slowly pour in syrup, continuing to beat until frosting is fluffy and forms peaks when beater is raised. Fold in vanilla. Fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers.
