SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 c. water chestnuts, drained, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. bacon bits
Sliced tomatoes
Green onions (optional)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/8 c. dark vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt

Dressing should be made in advance. It will keep several days in refrigerator and is also good over fresh lettuce salad. Pour dressing over salad just before serving or on the side.
