TUNA MELT PIZZA 
2 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
1 tsp. olive oil
2 oz. flaked tuna, drained
3/4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 sm. plum tomato, sliced

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray small baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough on work surface, roll into a 4 to 6 inch circle. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes until lightly browned. Remove crust from oven, brush with oil. Sprinkle with tuna, cheese and oregano. Top evenly with tomato. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer until cheese is bubbly.
