4 skinless 1/2 chicken breasts or 8 skinless thighs 1 jar (10-11 oz.) apricot or peach jam 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 bottle Russian or French dressing Place chicken in oven casserole dish. Mix onion soup, the jam and dressing and cover the chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more. |
