APPLE CRISP 
6 apples
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
3/4 tsp. sweet & low
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. butter

Peel and core apples, slice thin. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange apples in baking dish, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine flour, brown sugar, sweet & low, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl. Cut in butter until mixture has the consistency of coarse crumbs. Bake 40-45 minutes.
