CHEESE APPLE CRISP 
1 qt. apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. sifted flour
Dash salt
1/3 c. butter
1/4 lb. cheese

Arrange apples in shallow greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add water and lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour and salt; work in butter to form a crumble mixture. Stir in shredded cheese and sprinkle the mixture over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are tender and crust is brown and crisp. About 30-40 minutes.
