1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3 c. zucchini
1/8 c. oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

325 pie plate. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
