CREAMY LEMON PIE 
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. real lemon concentrate juice
Yellow food coloring (optional)
8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, beat the egg yolks. Stir in condensed, sweetened milk, real lemon concentrate brand and coloring. Pour into the graham cracker crust. Bake 8 minutes. Cool and chill.
