PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, divided
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix 1 cup of crumbs and butter. Pat into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour.

43 lg. marshmallows
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh peaches

In a saucepan combine marshmallows, lemon juice and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Chill until thickened (approximately 30 minutes). Fold in peaches and cream. Pour into crust and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of crumbs. Serves 6-8.
