2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry gelatin
10 oz. frozen strawberries
3 mashed bananas
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. sour cream

Combine the gelatin and boiling water; stir to dissolve. Add strawberries; mix well. Add pineapple, juice and bananas; mix well. Put half of the mixture in a mold or glass bowl and put in refrigerator to set. Combine the sour cream and powdered sugar and spread on the firm gelatin mixture. Carefully pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the top and return to refrigerator to set.
