ROUND COOKIES GOOD AT HOLIDAYS 
1/2 c. stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour

Cream butter with sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 of the nuts. Blend in flour and remaining nuts and shape in small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees 10 or 15 minutes. When cool, roll in confectioners' sugar. Yields about 2 dozen.
