SMOKE STACK'S CHEESY CORN BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) sharp American cheese, shredded
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
4 tsp. all purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
3 oz. diced ham

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in corn and ham. Transfer mixture to a quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
