PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. oil 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. ground walnuts, chopped Mix cake mix, oil, pistachio pudding, eggs and sour cream together to make batter. Mix together cinnamon, brown sugar and walnuts for filling. Put 1/2 batter in a well-greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of filling. Add balance of batter and top with rest of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
