MIDNIGHT CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. black coffee
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl. Dissolve cocoa in hot black coffee. Add milk to mixture to cool down. Stir in oil and beaten eggs. Mix liquid with batter until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 (9 inch) pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
