MIDNIGHT DIP 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
1 can shrimp pieces
2 (5 oz.) jars Old English cheese spread, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 green onions, chopped

Drain clams and save 1/8 cup juice. Place drained clams in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add reserved juice, sharp cheese spread, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and onion. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
