2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 part box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix everything except the vanilla wafers and pie filling. Put one vanilla wafer in each cupcake cup. Fill 3/4 full with cheesecake mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Spoon pie filling on top. Yields 12 cupcakes.
