LOUISIANA YUMMY 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding

Melt butter and mix with flour and pecans. Press in oblong Pyrex dish. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and blend in whipped cream. Spread over baked pastry. Cook puddings with milk. Cool. Spread over cheese mixture. Chill. Cut into squares and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
