CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head leaf lettuce
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 tomatoes
1 sm. cucumber
1 cooked chicken
1/4 c. walnuts or pecans
Watercress or parsley, for garnish

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chutney
5 tbsp. sour cream
Salt & pepper

Rinse lettuce. Drain well. Tear into small pieces. Clean and slice mushrooms. Rinse tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut chicken into small chunks. Cut tomatoes into pieces. Peel and slice cucumber. Chop nuts coarsely. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Garnish with watercress or parsley.

FOR DRESSING: Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Add chutney and sour cream. Season salt and pepper to taste. Serve salad dressing along side chicken salad.
