CHILI SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, cut in chunks
3 c. corn chips
1 lg. tomato, chopped
4 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
15 oz. can chili con carne with beans

In salad bowl, combine lettuce, corn chips, chopped tomato, pepperoni, olives and cheese. Meanwhile, in saucepan heat chili until bubbly. Immediately pour atop salad, tossing lightly to coat.
