SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn, heated
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
Slices cheese

Brown beef and onions. Drain. Place in casserole dish. Spread corn over beef, spread potatoes over corn. Top with cheese slices. Heat in moderate oven until cheese melts.
