CREAMY COCONUT FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. sour cream or 1 c. vanilla-flavored yogurt
4 oz. shredded coconut

Drain fruit well. Combine sour cream or yogurt and coconut. Add fruit and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serves 4-6 people.
