SUNDAY NECKBONES 
5 lb. regular neckbones
seasoning salt, to taste (Lawry's)
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow, pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium to large sweet onion, chopped
1 large white potato, chopped
1 dash of red pepper (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place ingredients in layers, potatoes first, in a large baking pan or casserole dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour 45 minutes. Serve.
