FIVE FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
1 c. milk
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder (sift with flour)
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after adding each egg. Add flour and milk alternately, then add flavoring. Bake in tube pan at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
