MILE HIGH PIE 
2 egg whites
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped (may use 2 c. Cool Whip)
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add berries (undrained), sugar and juice. Beat at high speed with your mixer for 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pile high on cooled pie shell and freeze for several hours. However, all day or overnight is better. Serve frozen directly from the freezer and it will not taste frozen.
