JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9-inch pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
