QUICK CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/3 c. unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 c. butter
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Mix baking chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat. Pour into small bowl. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Blend in milk and mix to desired thickness. Add small amount milk if frosting is too thick. Makes 2 cups.
