QUICK CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. white corn syrup
2/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil (begin keeping time) and boil for only 1 1/2 minutes. Do Not Overcook! Beat until creamy or right consistency to spread. Nuts may be added. This will also frost a 2 layer cake.
