1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 c. peanut butter (Jiffy) 1 c. butter 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda Mix well and form into balls the size of walnuts or 1 full teaspoon. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, ungreased. Makes 5 dozen. | |

Great recipe, but I actually made 5 dozen peanut butter cookies and 7 jumbo with a Hershey kiss in the middle of each and also 12 mini's with a Hershey kiss, so your recipe yielded way more. Excellent easy recipe I will recommend this one, try it.
