CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can water
4-6 Vienna hot dogs

Combine onions and garlic with 2 tablespoons water in blender until mixed. Then combine all ingredients except wieners and simmer until thicken. Grind wieners in meat grinder, then add to sauce. Simmer 15 minutes.
