PIZZA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
1 can tomato sauce (or 16 oz. pizza sauce)
1 can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage, crumbled
3/4 lb. American cheese or Mozzarella
Salt

Fry sausage. (Can use 1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger.) Saute onion until soft in drippings. Drain grease.

Combine tomatoes, sauce, noodles, sausage, onion and seasonings. Layer 1/2 of meat mixture in casserole or 9x13 pan. Then cover with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
