HONEY-CURRY CARROT SALAD | |
2 c. coarsely shredded carrots 1/4 c. raisins 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. water 1 tsp. honey 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar Combine carrots and raisins in a bowl, toss well. Combine white wine vinegar and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Add to carrot mixture and toss well. Cover and chill 1 hour. |
