TWISTED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corkscrew macaroni
3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. ripe olives
1 c. diced cucumbers
1 c. diced celery
Pepper and salt to taste
Lettuce leaves

Cook macaroni according to directions. Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni after draining. Let cool. Separately blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Then stir in the chopped onions, olives, cucumbers, celery, and pepper. Add to the macaroni mixture. Salt to taste. Mix well. Chill for 2 or more hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
