NEW TWIST POTATO SALAD 
6-8 red potatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1-2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Steam or boil potatoes until firm. Cool to room temperature and peel and cube as for potato salad. In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and Velveeta cheese. Fold in potatoes. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
