HAM-CHEESE BREAD CASSEROLE 
8 slices cubed white bread
1 lb. ham slices, cubed
1 c. sharp grated cheese
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Layer bread, cheese and ham in casserole. Mix eggs, 1 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard. Pour over the ham, cheese and bread in casserole. Mix the mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Spread over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees, uncovered.

Serves 6.
