VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
2 qt. beef broth
2 carrots, diced
1 c. cabbage, shredded
2 lg. onions, diced
2 med. potatoes, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes
20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Grated cheese (optional)

Put broth, carrots, cabbage, onions, potatoes, and garlic in a pan and simmer 25 minutes. Add tomatoes, mixed vegetables, pasta, bay leaf, and spices. Simmer until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. Serve. If you like serve with cheese.
