1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns 1 pint sour cream 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. bacon bits Thaw hash browns before cooking. Put potatoes into a casserole dish. Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese. Mix well with spoon or hand, then bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are soft. Use fork to test them. |
