CREAMED POTATOES | |
1 lb. potatoes 1/2 c. whipping cream Salt and pepper to taste Boil potatoes until tender and cool. Peel and slice 1/4 inch thick. Arrange in single layer in large flat baking dish (do not overlap). Season with salt and pepper. Whip cream to stiff peaks and spread over potatoes. Preheat broiler and broil for 2 minutes. |
