PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 
BATTER:

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. box reg. pudding
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into 10 inch pie pan.

TOPPING:

29 oz. can peaches (reserve 4 tbsp. juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

Arrange peaches on batter. Combine juice, cheese and sugar, mix 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
