PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk or cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix together sugar, salt, butter, and milk. Bring to a rapid boil. Let boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly (test for doneness by dropping a few drops in cold water, if small ball forms, remove from heat). Add peanut butter, marshmallow creme, nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick, pour into greased 13"x9" pan, let cool, slice to desired pieces. I used candy thermometer (soft ball).
