HOT HORSERADISH MUSTARD 
1/2 c. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. drained prepared horseradish
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. mustard seeds
1/3 c. white wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Store in tightly covered jars for several months.
