ANGEL FOOD CAKE DELIGHT 
Angel food cake - several days old
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 pkgs. lemon jello
1 pt. whipping cream
1 #2 can pineapple
1 to 2 c. walnuts
1 jar maraschino cherries
2 egg whites

Mix yolks, sugar, milk and lemon jello in saucepan. Heat mixture over medium- low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Add egg whites stiffly beaten. When partially set, stir in whipping cream, pineapple, cherries, and nuts. Break half of cake into pieces. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Pour half of custard mixture over. Repeat. Store in refrigerator. Makes a great party or shower dessert.
