BUTTER KOLACKY (TARTS) 
1/2 lb. sweet butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cream
1 cake or pkg. regular yeast
2 tsp. sugar
3 egg yolks

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon, optional

Blend first 3 ingredients as for pie crust. In warm cream add yeast; let stand for a few minutes. Add the sugar and 3 egg yolks. Add all other ingredients. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut rounds with small cookie cutter or glass. make a dent in center fill with Solo or other filling. Glaze with 1 egg yolk diluted in 1/2 cup water. Pat around filling. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Fillings apricot, prune, poppyseed, all berry.
